Terms of Service — Atelier Kalle Hellzén

By using atelierkallehellzen.com (the “Site”) or purchasing through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
1) Using the Site
You must be 18+ or have consent from a parent/guardian.
Please don’t misuse the Site—no fraud, scraping, spam, malware, impersonation, interference, or rights infringement.
2) Orders, pricing, payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Prices are shown in EUR. Shipping is shown at checkout. Any import duties/taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Payment is due at checkout via the payment methods shown on the Site (processed by third-party providers).
3) Made-to-order and returns
Most items are made to order. We don’t accept returns or cancellations except if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, contact us promptly and include clear documentation so we can resolve it and, when needed, file a carrier claim.

4) Intellectual property
Everything on the Site—images, text, works, design—is owned by Atelier Kalle Hellzén or licensed to us. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
5) Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including cookies.
6) Liability (plain version)
We do our best, but the Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or Services.
If events outside our control delay or prevent delivery or service (force majeure), our obligations pause for the duration of the event.
7) Your content
If you send or post content (reviews, comments, images, messages), you give us permission to use it to present and communicate the work of the atelier (for example: on the Site, newsletters, or social channels). Don’t submit anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
