Return policy for Atelier Kalle Hellzén
Effective date: 12 January 2026
All works are made to order. We do not accept returns or cancellations except when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing atelier@atelierkallehellzen.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the packaging and item (video if helpful). Shipments are insured in transit; documentation is required for the carrier claim. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement where possible or provide the next steps.
Digital products (downloads and licensed items) are non-returnable and non-refundable. For access issues, contact us at the email above.
Exclusions: Custom/personalised items can’t be cancelled once production has started. Claims may be refused in cases of fraud, misuse, or materially incorrect order details. Force majeure events may affect timelines.
